  1. Perform national and local background screenings
  2. Assess skill and safety competency prior to hire
  3. Complete at least 2 professional reference checks
  4. Conduct 2 in-house interviews in addition to a third meeting for new-hire orientation
  5. Review caregivers monthly during the first six months of employment
  6. Continuously invite caregivers to on-going training and education
  7. Enroll each employee in CareGuard© – an ongoing background check that alerts us to potential criminal activity of any employee
